18. What are the display set up and tear down times? The Nellis Officers Club will be available for set up from 0800 to 2000 on Tuesday 9 Jan 2024 and on Wednesday 10 Jan 2024 from 0800 to 1500. All booths must complete set up NLT 1500 to allow time for club staff to skirt the tables and clean up prior to door opening with a start time of 1730. Doors open Thursday for the show at 1730 on 11 Jan 2024 and for those companies departing early on 12 Jan 2024 tear down of their displays may begin at 2100. The club will be available on 12 Jan 2024 at 0800 for tear down and shipment. Plan your return shipments to be picked up not later than 1600 on 12 Jan 2024. Please prior to departing checkout with Mr. “MERLIN” Minney to ensure your shipment is properly marked. Please have your shipping labels with you.
