18. What are the display set up and tear down times? The Nellis Officers Club will be available for set up from 0800 to 2000 on Tuesday 12 Jan 2027 and on Wednesday 13 Jan 2027 from 0800 to 1500. All exhibits/booths must complete set up NLT 1500 on Wednesday to allow time for club staff to skirt the tables and clean up prior to door opening with a start time of 1730. All Vendors will be asked to exit the exhibit space between 1500 and 1700 for the Club Staff to accomplish this. Exhibitors will be allowed back in at 1700 prior to doors opening at 1730. On 14 Jan 2027 Thursday, doors will again open at 1730 and for those companies departing early on 15 Jan 2027 tear down of their displays may begin at 2100. The club will be available on 15 Jan 2027 at 0800 for tear down and shipment. Plan your return shipments to be picked up not later than 1700 on 15 Jan 2027. Please prior to departing checkout with Mr. “MERLIN” Minney to ensure your shipment is properly marked. Please have/bring your shipping labels with you. You must have your shipment picked up that day as there is no forklift after 1700 on 15 Jan 2027. If your shipment is not picked up by 1700 on 15 Jan 2027 and no forklift is available, you will be billed for the cost to rent one. It is essential you mark your shipments with your Company name to prevent any confusion.
