12. How and when is payment of fees required? Payment can be made in the form of credit card, cash or check (made payable to WEPTAC) and mailed to the address below in this paragraph. Mail check payment early to ensure a timely arrival (made out to WEPTAC) sent to the WEPTAC Trade Show / ATTN: Trade Show POC / 1374 Mercer Road / Gloucester Point Virginia 23062 or provide credit card information via E-mail to tradeshow@weptac.com or phone call to the Trade Show POC 804-432-6200. A receipt will be given for all fees. Reminder: all checks should be made payable to WEPTAC. If you require a W-9 you may download it from the tradeshow web site under the Contact Section. Payment may be made any time after 1 October 2026 but must be completed prior to 1 January 2026 unless other arrangements are made with the Tradeshow POC. Payments made after 1 January 2027 will be charged an additional $200.00 late fee. Once you are confirmed as an exhibitor if you cancel after 15 December 2026, you will be charged a penalty of $500.00.
